Lisa is the Principal Attorney at Advantage Estate Planning with legal services focusing on Estate and Personal Planning, Living Trusts, Asset Protection, Wills, Probate and Probate Litigation, Guardianships, Planning for Special Needs, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and Elder Law issues which include Medicare, Medicaid and Veteran’s Benefits. Lisa is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Arkansas Bar Association. She is a Certified Mediator through the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and is accredited by the Veteran’s Administration.

Lisa earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas School of Law in I994 and her Bachelor of Science in Business administration from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. Lisa serves as a Continuing Legal Education instructor in the areas of Probate, Trusts, Wills, Guardianships, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives. She has provided guest lectures at the University of Arkansas School of Law, taught Business Law at the Northwest Arkansas Community College, presented topics related to her area of expertise at the Law School and regularly shares her knowledge of Estate Planning and Elder Law issues with varied community groups and audiences.

Lisa is privileged to serve as Pro Bono Counsel to the Veterans Council of Northwest Arkansas and Volunteer Lawyers for the Elderly/Ozark Legal Services. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce and Village House Adult Day Care and is past President of the Benton County Bar Association.

Lisa is listed by Martindale-Hubbell as “highly rated” in both legal ability and ethical standards. Lisa was voted NWA Media’s Best of the Best Attorney for 2012 and was the runner up to Best of the Best Attorney for 2014 and 2015.
